I have watched a few episodes of Wheel of Time and I agree Fang - it's just not good.
I recently finished season 2 of The Witcher. Not bad.
I finished Mare of Easttown recently as well. Now that's some good television.
Have watched two episodes of Boba Fett and I like what I have seen. Of course as a young kid I was a big fan of Star Wars.
I was a fan of How I Met Your Mother as well but didn't know there was a sequel. Worth watching?
I have seen some episodes of Ted Lasso but just never got into it.

Peacemaker good so far? I have it on queue, but haven't watched yet. I'm currently reading Wheel of Time because I wanted to read a few books before watching the TV show, and now I'm through book 4 (Game of Throne sized books). I've since watched their season 1 which I thought was just bad television, but the reading forward still eats away at what had been my tv time.. Peacemaker is my current favorite other than Resident Alien. Even though it is a DC show, think of it as closer to a combo of "The Suicide Squad" (the recent one, not the Will Smith one) and "Guardians of the Galaxy". It is gruesome with bad language, etc but also funny and rocking...it is written and directed by James Gunn (enough said, it shows that it is a James Gunn production) I watched a few episodes of Wheels of time, but my wife got ahead of me on episodes, and I lost interest

Mare is really solid, though I do have to finish the season. Witcher on the queue with Boba Fett and Peacemaker haha. Seems like based on the Sax review, I'm going to have to bump Peacemaker way up the list and give it a try. You're fine skipping the rest of Wheel.
How I Met Your Father - 4 episodes in and about to unsubscribe. Just not doing it for me. Loved HIMYM.
For any Downton Abbey fans, Guilded Age is good so far. Great show to watch with the misses as a joint like.
Ted Lasso - you're just wrong 😂 That show is solid gold. (Gold Jerry, Gold!)

We're heading to Hawaii next month, so to get into the spirit, we watched 50 first dates yesterday. Better than I remembered it. Solid LOL moments

I'm guessing that your version of Netflix is different than my version of Netflix (UK vs US edition?). I had never heard of that show, so I looked on Netflix with no luck...although Netflix did have some interesting suggestions based on the word "taboo"

I watched all the episodes of Taboo a few years back and loved it. Full disclosure - I am a huge Tom Hardy fan, so keep that in mind about how that may taint my views on Taboo.
Watched Warrior this past weekend. Not Tom Hardy's best but still a solid performance.
Started watching Bosch on Prime a few weeks ago and am really into it. In Season 3 so far and still liking it. I'm sure it jumps the shark at some point but so far I enjoy it.

Didn't realize that Taboo was made my a British/American company that showed it both on BBC and FX at the same time several years back. If I ever find it available, I will give it a look.

Watching Cursed on Netflix which is a bit of a re-telling of the legend of Arthur and Merlin. It is entertaining but probably not going to win any awards. Not sure whether this is on US Netflix.

Cursed is the one with the Australian female from "13 reasons why", right? I enjoyed it, but it didn't get renewed for a 2nd season.

watched the new "The Batman" movie last night on HBOMax...better than I expected, but then again, I don't expect much from Batman movies in the modern era...
Storyline seemed like it might have been borrowed from "The Titans" season 3 "Scarecrow" storyline, which seemed to be borrowed a bit from the tv series Prodigal Son...

Haven't seen it yet. I'll get there.
For past Batmans, the Ben Aflac Batmans were surely ones to skip, and the Keaton ones are still top of the podium, but I still consider the Christian Bale Dark Knight series to be modern era, and that was very good.
Speaking of Titans, are seasons 2 and 3 worthwhile? I watched first season of that and of Doom Patrol, and I found them both to filler rather than something I looked forward to...

Personally I like Titans as one of my favorite shows, season 1 focused a little heavy on character establishment so it didn't flow so well at first.
I understand that Doom Patrol can be a little blah, I haven't made it through season 2 yet.
