Our lineup should not be as bad as it has been. 2nd last in runs scored in MLB, down near the Orioles, arrangers and Pirates. Those teams I can see being near the bottom but this lineup should not be. The level of ineptitude this season is staggering.

It's been top to bottom, too. No one really having a good year.

I'm happy with the numbers Pete is producing. If I had told you 150 games .260 w/ 35-40HR, would you be happy?
EDIT: Main thing I'm pleased to see with Pete is that K rate down. Last two years he paced 180ish Ks. This year, he's got that number closer to 130 full season pace, which is high, but not terrible for a guy who can knock 40 HRs with no protection in the lineup...
But yes, the rest are shit.

That was a very difficult one to swallow.
Offense just not there again, and once again we go down in flames.
Now, in the crucial "make or break" 13 games, after 12 games, we are 2-10.
Season is over the brink.

Season is over the brink. hopefully it's giving Uncle Steve and the GM a chance to see what is broken with grampa Sandy's plan...and that maybe we need a Sterling Marte type more than we need Conforto; or that we need Kris Bryant more than we need Baez... this team has very limited athletic ability, and the few that have athletic ability are more concerned with swinging for the fences and hitting into the shift, than they are with making good solid contact and letting their legs do the rest...

Frisco is being slothlike with their lineup... usually it's the Mets that drag their feet with the lineup...the Giants are probably on California time so that they are even slower than the Mets

Best outing for Carrasco since he came back, lowered his ERA almost two full runs.
